Dear Customers

Following the Governments announcements late yesterday afternoon (16/3/20) the advice provided is that “all non-essential activity should cease”

In the schools case  “essential” means those activities that happen during the school day, 8.45am to 3.30pm and for this reason  HBK Leisure activities alongside after-school and other evening activities have been advised to cease with immediate effect

We are clearly in very challenging times  and whilst we hope to return to normal operating procedures as soon as possible,  at this time you will appreciate we are unable to provide any timescales.

Thank you for your support and understanding we will keep you advised of any future developments at the earliest opportunity

PARKING AT HBK January 2018

“I would like to inform you of changes we plan to make for parking in the bus bays.  As you know this is a difficult area to manage with some community users of the school in the evenings and weekends parking where they like giving no consideration to other but more importantly no consideration to emergency vehicles that may need to get access onto site.

We are planning to stop all parking in the bus bays from 1st January 2018 with the exception of blue badge holders, these areas will be clearly marked out.  We will allow waiting only for pick up and drop off but vehicles MUST not be left unattended at any time.

The management of the parking in this area will be carried out by a third party and any tickets issued for failure to comply with the parking rules can’t be revoked by the school.  We are sorry to have to do this but as stated earlier it is difficult to manage when some users of the schools facilities can’t be considerate when parking, Ian Oliver Site Services Manager”
