To register for ParentMail
You will need to obtain a unique code for your child from communications@hinchbk.cambs.sch.uk Please provide your child's name(s) form group(s) and your email address(es)
Then:-
From PC/Mac or Mobile visit pmx.parentmail.co.uk then just follow the instructions on the screen and enter the unique code at the top of this letter when asked.
ParentMail’s system includes some great new features, you can:
- Link together all schools, clubs or nurseries your children attend that use ParentMail into one account where you can see and deal with many things involving your children
- Authorise trips and ‘give consent’ without having to print, sign and return forms to us
- View messages previously sent by the school
- Pay for some school items online
One other family member, guardian or carer can also register to receive information via ParentMail using the registration code above; just hand them this letter and ask them to follow the process above.
Important note: The unique code will only work for a limited time so please register soon.
Please remember that you will need to update any changes to your details on your account or you may not receive important information from school. Please note that you will still receive some paper copies at present, however we aim to continually reduce the number of paper copies that we send home.
