We are aware that there have been many changes in terms of reorganisation so we thought it helpful to briefly clarify who you might want to communicate with if you have any concerns, or indeed good news, regarding your child. The form tutor remains the primary point of contact for any welfare issues and details of such can be found in the new style planner.
The attached letter outlines some important contact information.
Oliver will be performed in the Performing Arts Centre from Tuesday 11th -Thursday 13th February 2014 starting at 7pm. The cast and crew will be in the theatre from around 6pm. The cast and crew in 'Oliver' would need to be available to perform on these 3 evenings. Added to which, there is a technical rehearsal on Sunday 9th February in the Perfroming Atrs Centre (PAC), and an all day dress rehearsal on Monday 10th February with the likelihood that there would be a final dress rehearsal performance at 4:30pm on the 10th February.
Auditions for the production will be held from 3.30- 5.30pm on:-
Monday 9th September for Years 10-13
Thursday 12th September for years 7-9
