Updating Emergency Contact Information
We ask parents/carers to send in any changes/updates to your emergency contact information.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with any changes and include your child’s name and form and your name and contact details.
If you haven’t yet sent in your child’s completed admission and medical forms it is important that you do this at the earliest opportunity.
For new year 7s if you need further help or another form, please contact the Lower School Office on 01480 420522.
