GCSE Results 2025 Best Ever

More students than ever before have achieved both English and maths grades at a 5 or above, and at a 4 and above in 2025.
The Huntingdon school said they are "enormously proud" of the pupils.
Students who achieved notable results are Alastair Marsh, Evan Pentney, Izzy Tuer, Emma Tateno, Delilah Johnson, Bella Last, Olivia Dobos and Katy Kiernan.
Special mentions also went to Daniel Spencer, Evie Summerfield, Remi Borowski, James Croft, Charlotte Braithwaite, Ted Purser, Roman Brudenell-Bush and Lara Bertran.
Principal Andy Hunter said: "Since they missed Year 6 SATS due to Covid, this group of students have been living with a level of uncertainty about how they might perform at GCSE.They have answered that question loud and clear – they performed superbly.Due to their hard work and determination, they have set a new benchmark for success at Hinchingbrooke School."
Vice Principal Anna Nightingale added: "This year group have worked exceptionally hard and taken every opportunity offered to them, and so deserve this fantastic set of results.
"They should be exceptionally proud of themselves, and we wish them every success in their future endeavours."
The students are now preparing for their next steps, either at Hinchingbrooke Sixth Form or another Post-16 centre.
