Free School Meals/Pupil Premium/Secondary School Clothing Allowance

Registering your child for Free School Meals means that the school gets extra money? Register now to make sure we don’t miss out.

The Government is giving money to schools to help children from lower income families do their very best. This funding is called a ‘Pupil Premium’. For every child registered, Hinchingbrooke School receives a payment.

Free School Meals (FSM)/Pupil Premium

If you are registered for Free School Meals you could also get help with school trips, a free uniform and other benefits.  Please register to make sure your child and others do not miss out.

Secondary School Clothing Allowance 2013-2014 

We are still accepting application forms for the discretionary Secondary School Clothing Allowance Scheme.Parents currently in receipt of Free School Meals, or who hold a current NHS Tax Credit Exemption Certificate will qualify for this payment of £50, for Year 7 pupils, and £25, for Year 8, 9, 10 and 11 pupils. Payments are made directly to the parent/carers bank account.

Funds are limited and we understand that this initiative may end in March 2014. So to apply please either visit the webpage or by contact us on 01223 703200 for a paper application form:
