Year 8 Preferences Evening for Parents Wednesday 29th January
Dear Parents/Carers,
Please find attached information about the Year 8 preferences process. In year 9, we offer a programme whereby students are taught core subjects but are also able to choose three subjects that they have a particular interest in.
Year 8 students will be informed in assembly next week of the process and what courses are on offer for them, however, please find attached the preferences booklet and accompanying letter for your information. All students will receive hard copies of this booklet during the assembly.
Please also note some key dates for this process:
Preferences Evening for Parents - Wednesday 29th January 2014
Talks start at 7pm and parents/students will then be able to browse the subjects stalls from 7:20pm.
Preference forms to be handed in to form tutors - Friday 28th February 2014
