Pinpoint Conference 23rd November 2012

The County Council is under significant financial pressure. There is also proposed new legislation on how pupils with special educational needs or a disability will be supported in school. If you want to find out how these might impact on your child, come along to the pinpoint conference being held on 23 November in The Corn Exchange, St Ives from 9.30am.

Councillor Martin Curtis and the Director of Children & Young People's Services, Adrian Loades (who is responsible for all County Council children's services), are guest speakers. They will be joined by Barry Smethurst, Cambridgeshire's Governor Advisory Group, and other senior managers and staff from the Local Authority and elsewhere to answer your questions, and listen to your views. There will also be around 30 information stalls, plus mini workshops, and lunch is provided. Book now by phoning 01480 878534 or email caroline@pinpoint-cambs.org.uk. You are welcome to join us for all or part of the day. For more information, including directions to the venue visit http://www.pinpoint-cambs.org.uk/events/pinpoint-conference-2012
