The benefits for the client include; user-friendly and easy usage of equipment, they gain results from workout done leading to satisfaction/motivation/continuity and also allows them to monitor there health and lifestyle.

The benefits for the client from the instructors include; increased professionalism, own personal profile, customisation/flexibility of programmes and profile, increased efficiency which leads to increased client relationships.

All clients will be shown how to use the TGS key and Wellness System when they have there 1:1 programme personal made and delivered.
