Aims of the Science department Our aim is to appreciate the importance and relevance of Science in everyday life, to evaluate data and evidence in order to develop rational arguments and to encourage an open-minded and questioning approach. We will understand scientific ideas though the scientific process and will understand the role of scientific evidence. We will link direct experience with ideas. Science will be relevant to our everyday lives. We will foster curiosity and a sense of awe and wonder. |
