Each of the sections below contains a variety of information and revision exercises. Please see your RS teacher if there are parts of the material you do not understand.
Remember that in the examination you will be expected to answer questions on four of the six topics below.
On the day:
You will sit a paper from one side of the course (either Philosophy or Ethics). On that paper you will have a choice of 3 topics. You will be expected to answer questions on 2 of those topics. For each topic you will be required to answer
a) worth 1 mark
b) worth 2 marks
c) worth 3 marks
d) worth 6 marks
e) worth 12 marks
On the day do not be confused by the notion of Philosophy Paper 1, Philosophy Paper 2, Ethics Paper 1 and Ethics Paper 2. You have been entered for the short course paper and will therefore only be sitting Philosophy Paper 2 and Ethics Paper 2.
