Dance

Rock challenge is a popular event that we compete in and is a huge performing arts competition worldwide. We perform against 8 other schools. The dance is based on a theme it includes scenery, costumes, soundtrack and complex choreography too. Last year we won best concept interpretation and student leadership award too. This year we are taking approximately 120 students and hope to improve on last year.

Regionally we take part in the Huntingdonshire dance festival, which happens here in the Performing Arts Centre every year. Extra curricular dance happens regularly where schools perform against each other in many different categories. In 2005 we finished as runners up in the contemporary senior quartet.  We finished as runners up again in 2006 when we performed a hip-hop troupe.
