Summer Ball 2014

The eagerly awaited Sixth Form Summer Ball took place on Friday 4th July.

The eagerly awaited Sixth Form Summer Ball took place on Friday 4th July. It was a fantastic evening which commenced with all the guests being welcomed to the sound of the Huntingdon Big Band playing. In the Inner Hall a Jazz Band entertained many students along with the chocolate fountain which had a queue of chocoholics all night. There was also a characaturist who managed to capture the likeness of students and her work was admired throughout the evening.

The marquee looked amazing in the grounds of Hinchingbrooke House and the green outdoor lights highlighted the House which looked stunning as the sun went down and night fell. The library was a fun place to watch students and staff test their strength, play air hockey,  giant jenga and Connect four.

Students and staff danced the night away in the marquee to the music of a DJ, who was later described as brilliant! Everyone had a great night and will be remembered by the year 13's as a great send off.
