The History department decided to take a journey into a strange cold land.  That land was Russia.  Russia is a country rapidly changing, with a past that takes in the great sweeps of the 19th and 20th Century.  The chance to see this amazing place is one not to be missed, all those who went have come back changed – quieter and more intellectually minded.
