Welcome to Hinchingbrooke's BBC School Report Homepage. BBC School Report is a project run by the BBC for Key Stage 3 students which gives them the opportunity to be journalists for a day. Our day has been hectic but fun and worthwhile. Please watch our broadcast below. Stories covered include: the proposed improvements to the A14, the school's Sports Specialist status, how Huntingdon will be going to the 2012 Olympics and ghostly goings-on at Hinchingbrooke House. Come back to our webpage in the coming weeks to see Behind the Scenes video footage and photos! Thank you to Ms L Cook who coordinated the entire project and also to Sixth Former Thibault Jeangout who organised the whole technical side of the day. A big thank you goes out to Alex Pope from BBC Radio Cambridgeshire who spent the day guiding us through the project and giving us lots of coverage. Thank you also to Sixth Formers Heather, Alice and Rebecca for madily running around all day. Overall, thank you to everyone who took part and helped out on the day! |
