The HSA Constitution

The HSA constitution was last formally amended in 1999. The HSA Main Committee decided during discussions in late 2007 that the committee structure would undergo revision during the 2007/08 School year with a view to formalising any changes at the 2008 Annual General Meeting. On the assumption that changes are made as a result of the AGM, the committee will liase with the Charities Commission to formalise the revised Constitution as required.
